Samsung marketing might have taken a "quiet" road this time with a subtle unwrapping of the upcoming Galaxy S5 Plus release date, which suddenly appeared on the company's website in Netherlands.

"This smartphone can handle anything! The GALAXY S5 Plus is resistant to rain, sand and dust. Always take it with you - wherever you go. The GALAXY S5 Plus features plus a 4G connection," said a statement in Dutch posted by Samsung Netherlands, translated to English.

Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus looks a lot like Galaxy S5 on the outside, but the magic happens within. The handset's specs features a Snapdragon 805 processor, Qualcomm's fastest chipset to date, making it the "fastest Android smartphone in the world."

Galaxy S5 Plus is also equipped with enhanced 4G performance that can potentially support 300 Mps downloads.

Aside from these, other specs are identical to Galaxy S5 including 5.1-inch Super AMOLED screen with 1080 x 1920 display, 16 MP rear-facing camera, 2 MP fornt-facing camera, 2 GB RAM and finger scan technology that is PayPal-certified.

Galaxy S5 Plus will run Android 4.4.2 KitKat upon release.

The South Korean tech giant, which has posted successive profit losses in recent quarters has just released Galaxy Note 4.

Rumors have it that Motorola is also planning to unveil DROID Turbo, which allegedly can outgun iPhone 6 and Galaxy S5 in terms of speed, visual fidelity and style.

Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus is pitched for a November release date, but it is still uncertain whether the smartphone will be launched worldwide.
