"Scandal" provided a shocking penultimate episode of season four when it was revealed that Mellie is Foxtail. In the final moments, audiences saw the biggest donor of Mellie's campaign to be none other than Liv's father, Rowan Pope. What does the B613 command plan on doing by funding Mellie's campaign?

With fans having more questions, the season finale promises answers pertaining to B613 and Mellie's role in the Foxtail project. While the cast and crew have remained tight-lipped about providing any spoilers, TVGuide's official episode description indicates that Olivia will finally take down her father. She will make bold moves in order to defeat command, but whether she is successful or not remains to be seen. Meanwhile, Mellie's election results are announced and speculations suggest she will emerge victorious.

Kerry Washington spoke to Variety about the season's final episode during a panel at the Directors Guild of America. The actress made it clear that the final episode would be shocking and even she couldn't believe the plot Rhimes had conjured. "This finale episode, I mean, I just... I turned to Shonda (Rhimes). I was like, 'Where do we go from here? Are you for real? Now what?' It's crazy," the "Scandal" star said. Fans should bear in mind that creator Rhimes' other show "Grey's Anatomy" unexpectedly and quiet shockingly killed off fan-favorite Derek Shepherd, which means anything is possible.

Actress Bellamy Young, who essays the role of Mellie, hinted at a character's death, saying "Shonda has shown no mercy." Additionally, Darby Stanchfield who plays the role of Abby Whelan, promised an explosion, both literally and figuratively.

The B613 issue reaches a boiling point in the season finale of "Scandal". Who will die? Will Liv take down papa Pope? Watch a sensational, action-packed and nail-biting episode as "Scandal" airs on Thursday at 9 p.m. EST on ABC.
