"Scream Queens" season 2 is preparing everyone for the Chanels' return. A new teaser trailer has been released and it shows Chanel Oberlin (Emma Roberts) decked out in glamorous hospital attire.

The clip, which was uploaded on YouTube, starts off with shots of pink cloth being sewn and pink rhinestones being attached to a makeshift nurse's cap to form the letter C. Chanel then puts on the headband and straps on her feathery heels. The scene shifts to Chanel, accompanied by her two similarly dressed minions, fiercely strutting down the hallway of a hospital as if it were a runway — all set to Gwen Stefani's "Spark the Fire."

Despite their obviously glamorous looks, Roberts has said that this season, the Chanels will be anything but. While at the San Diego Comic-Con, the blonde beauty said, "They've fallen from glamour, but they're trying to hold onto it as much as they can. It's funny seeing them try to hold onto their style when they have no money."

As for season 1's Red Devil Killer, Hester (Lea Michele) will apparently be missing in action at the start of the upcoming season. Zayday (Keke Palmer), on the other hand, is pursuing a career in medicine and will assist new hospital owner Dean Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis).

But there are also new faces checking into season 2 of the Fox horror comedy series. According to Entertainment Weekly, Jerry O'Connell will be appearing in the second installment in a recurring, "mystery" role. Broadway actress Laura Bell Bundy and "Saturday Night Live" member Cecily Strong are also set to join the cast.

It was previously reported that Taylor Lautner and John Stamos have been added to the roster, playing doctors Cassidy Cascade and Brock Holt, respectively. With two new hunks joining, it would come as no surprise if one of them becomes romantically involved with the diva herself, Chanel Oberlin. Roberts revealed as much to Andy Cohen on "Watch What Happens Live." She teased that one of the two male doctors will play her love interest.

To find out who it is, catch "Scream Queens" season 2 on Sept. 20, Tuesday, on Fox.
