In the upcoming episode of USA Network's legal drama series "Suits," Harvey (Gabriel Macht), Louis (Rick Hoffman), and Donna (Sarah Rafferty) will be planning their future, one without Jessica (Gina Torres) in it.

As revealed in the synopsis for "Suits" season 6 episode 11, titled "She's Gone," the aforementioned lawyers will be planning the future of Pearson Specter Litt now that Jessica has made her exit from the firm. Based on the promotional photo released for the forthcoming episode, the team won't be having such an easy time. Mike (Patrick J. Adams), on the other hand, will learn to accept that he is an ex-convict, and he will make the necessary adjustments to his life now that he is one, while Rachel (Meghan Markle) will be weighing her options.

"Suits" creator Aaron Korsh previously revealed in an interview with Deadline that Pearson Specter Litt will be struggling, following Jessica's exit. He said, "there's going to be a little conflict over who's running the show and what they're going to do and what direction they're going to take."

As for Mike, it is to be noted that in season 6 episode 10 of "Suits," Harvey tried offering the ex-convict an opportunity to return to the firm, but only as a consultant. Mike's prospects for a job are slim, and it seems like he will be accepting the offer. From the promotional photos launched by USA Network, IBTimes believes that Mike will be accepting the job.

Despite the disagreement between the two remaining name partners of the firm, Korsh said that Harvey and Louis will eventually meet halfway with the help of Donna. "At the end of that episode, Donna, as you would expect, a little bit steps in and basically lays out a plan of what needs to be done for these two to get along, and hopefully, that plan will work," said Korsh.

It is also said that Korsh admitted that Rachel will be receiving a job offer from her father, Robert Zane (Wendell Pierce). Her father believes that Jessica's departure from the firm will greatly affect it. Thus, Robert offers her a chance to work for him instead.

"Suits" season 6 returns with episode 11, titled "She's Gone," on Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2017 at 10 p.m. EST on USA Network.
