Season 6 of "Suits" will be very different when it returns later this summer. The USA Network has just released the first teaser that previews the start of a very dramatic and empty season.

Following the cliffhanger ending from season 5, the premiere episode will see Mike Ross begin his two-year jail sentence. Meanwhile, Jessica, Louis, and Donna arrive at the firm to see most of its lawyers gone.

"We're coming back to the very night that we ended the episode on. The entire episode as is currently contemplated takes place with Mike's first night in prison and the first night back at the firm when they've come back and it's empty," showrunner Aaron Korsch told The Hollywood Reporter.

While Mike's plea deal led to dire consequences for the firm, he decided to sacrifice himself to save Harvey and Jessica from going to prison. For him, they can always rebuild the firm, but imprisonment will lead to disbarment for both Harvey and Jessica. According to Korsch, this sacrifice will once again be the focus of the premiere episode.

Season 6 returns with Harvey and Jessica deciding on what to do with the firm. Will they work together to rebuild the firm or will they shatter? Meanwhile, Mike's journey will focus on how he adapts to a new environment and what his sentence will mean for his relationship with Rachel.

Furthermore, Mike will start to get to know his fellow inmates. According to Deadline, Erik Palladino joins the season as Kevin Miller, an inmate who Mike will learn to depend on. Paul Schulze, on the other hand, has been cast as hardened inmate Frank Gallo. While in jail, the Prison Counselor (Malcom-Jamal Warner) will help Mike admit his past shortcomings.
