'Teen Wolf' season 6 news, updates: Lydia draws closer to convincing Sheriff Noah that Stiles exists
In the upcoming episode of MTV's "Teen Wolf" season 6, the pack will continue with their endeavor to beat the Ghost Riders and remember Stiles (Dylan O'Brien). The members of the pack each have their own way of approaching their latest ordeal.

As revealed in the teaser for episode 7 of the last season of "Teen Wolf," Scott (Tyler Posey) and Liam (Dylan Sprayberry) will attempt to catch a Ghost Rider. Lydia (Holland Roden), on the other hand, will deal with the situation using a less invasive approach. The clip shows her explaining to Sheriff Noah, Stiles' father, that he is afraid of remembering his son. Although it doesn't seem like the curse will wear off that easily, Lydia seems to be making progress.
Both Lydia and the Sheriff stumble across a hidden room in their house, which used to be Stiles' bedroom. "Did you know about this room?" the Sheriff asks Lydia. "You're afraid to remember him," she responds.
For the uninitiated, the Supernatural entities called the Ghost Riders have captured Stiles and locked him in their realm. His absence and his kidnapping eventually led everyone to forget about his existence, except for Lydia.
Furthermore, the trailer reveals that Malia (Shelley Hennig) and Melissa (Melissa Ponzio), Scott's mother, will be harassing Peter (Ian Bohen) for a favor. As to what the favor is, unfortunately, the trailer doesn't reveal the details.
To recap episode 6, titled "Ghosted," Lydia, Scott, and Malia traveled back to 1987. Lydia, who is a banshee, seems to have accessed memories from the person she saw in the mirror. When she finds herself at the block party in Canaan, she saw how the Ghost Riders nabbed everyone except for the woman she saw in the mirror. Scott and Malia, however, had a completely different experience. They found themselves amid a ghost town that exuded terrifying supernatural energy.
In their trip, Lydia realizes that the woman was also a banshee, and that was why she wasn't taken away like the rest of the residents. Perhaps Lydia is the key to saving Stiles and the residents of Beacon Hills.
"Teen Wolf" season 6 airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on MTV.
