'The Fosters' season 4 spoilers: Jesus grows jealous of budding friendship between Emma and Brandon

Viewers were left with the cliffhanger of Jesus's (Noah Centineo) fate after he was punched in the head in the season 3 finale. He was later revealed as having survived the attack, but the brain injury he sustained not only has a physical effect on him, but also emotional, as will be proven in episode 15 of season 4.
Brandon (David Lambert) will try to comfort Jesus's girlfriend, Emma (Amanda Leighton), following his brother's injury. What they will not anticipate is that the brain injury has also affected his mood and personality, with him becoming angrier and more aggressive. He will suspect that Emma is cheating on him with Brandon, and will confront the two.
This confrontation will have a huge impact on their family. However, Maia Mitchell, who plays Callie, says that they will stick by Jesus's side.
"You're going to see them all having to really pull together for Jesus," she said in an interview with TVLine.
Another plotline that will be explored in the upcoming episode 15, which is titled "Sex Education," is Jude (Hayden Byerly) resorting to using a dating app for adults when he learns that lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transsexual (LGBT) is not covered in their school's sex education program.
Freeform has also released the synopses for episodes 16, 17, and 18.
In episode 16, titled, "The Long Haul," Sharon, Stef's (Teri Polo) mother, will be going to the Adams Foster home with her boyfriend to bring news, yet unrevealed. Meanwhile, Emma will write a letter to Jesus, but later finds out that he is keeping something from her.
In episode 17, "Diamond in the Rough," Stef will meet a young girl while out on assignment about human trafficking.
Lastly, in episode 18, titled, "Dirty Laundry," Lena will find herself overwhelmed with everyone else's troubles. Aaron (Elliot Fetcher) will also be inviting Callie to meet his parents.
