Although reports claiming that Caroline (Candice Accola King) from "The Vampire Diaries" will be the one to help Klaus (Joseph Morgan) in his ordeal in "The Originals'" upcoming season 5 are rife, rumors saying that it will be no other than Klaus' child with Hayley (Phoebe Tonkins), Hope (Summer Fontana), who will redeem him have resurfaced.

It is no secret that "The Originals" season 5 will involve a five-year time jump, which means that, from being a baby in season 5, Hope will have already grown into a little girl when the series begins airing its fourth season. As Hope is the only character on "The Originals" who has the combined powers of a vampire, werewolf, and witch, it goes without saying that she will be one powerful character to watch out for.

According to the latest reports, one of the episodes of "The Originals" season 4 will be titled "Voodoo Child," which many believe to be alluding to Hope. With this, it is believed that Hope will be practicing witchcraft and voodoo in the upcoming season of the series, something that the show has never explored in the past.

Could it be that Hope will resort into voodoo and witchcraft to help her father get out of the ordeal that he is in after Marcell stabbed him with the Tunde Blade in the series' season 4 finale? Fans can only wonder for now.

Meanwhile, apart from Hope, it is also said that Klaus' redemption in "The Originals" season 4 may lie in the hands of some "The Vampire Diaries" characters, the show's sister series. Other than Caroline, who was Klaus' love interest during his "The Vampire Diaries" days, it is also said that Alaric (Matt Davis) will also be guest-appearing in one of "The Originals" season 4 episodes, and he will hand an artifact to Elijah (Daniel Gillies). Allegedly, the unnamed artifact can help Klaus in his suffering.
