WWE rumors 2016: Seth Rollins returns to training, may be back soon

Seth Rollins seems to be getting closer to a return, although it is unlikely that such will happen at WrestleMania 32 on April 3.

The former World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) champion was spotted working out at the Black and Brave Wrestling Academy without any knee support, a positive sign on "The Architect's" road to recovery via the Pro Wrestling Sheet.

To recall, Rollins fell to injury back in November during a WWE live event and eventually had to go through reconstructive knee surgery. The original timetable was for Rollins to be out of commission for about six to nine months, although the recent spotting could hint at an earlier return if he is ready.

Even though this serves as good news, Rollins is likely to rush himself back into action. The WWE could use someone like Rollins right now but the company will have to wait a little bit more to make sure that Rollins' return is proper.

It is likely that he could be given medical clearance by the summer, although that remains to be seen. Rollins is likely to set his sights on the WWE title upon his return, something he was forced to relinquish following the untimely injury.

Rollins would have been in one of the cards at WrestleMania 32 where his most likely opponent would have been Triple H. With "The Architect" out, a set Roman Reigns vs. Triple H has been booked instead.

Upon his return, will Rollins continue being a heel or somehow transform into a face wrestler? Of the two, the former seems to fit Rollins perfectly.

Curiously, it will be interesting to see if this match will continue. A lot depends on WWE Roadblock where the WWE COO will put the title on the line against Ambrose.

If Ambrose wins, there could be a last-minute change in the main event. It could see Ambrose going up against Reigns or maybe even a Triple-Threat match if the "Lunatic Fringe" pulls off a shocker this weekend.
