AT&T, Sprint Samsung Galaxy S7, S7 Edge shipping and delivery news 2016: Devices on the way

With T-Mobile breaking the ice by handing over the Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge to early bird pre-ordering customers, two other U.S. mobile carriers have started to do the same.

With the official sales supposedly to commence on March 11, AT&T and Sprint have reportedly also started shipping units to pre-ordering customers, leaving Verizon as the only major carrier who has yet to announce when its customers would get their Samsung flagships per Tech Times.

This should be great news for the ones who have been aching to find out when to get their device, particularly when some T-Mobile customers started to show off the device already in their clutches.

AT&T and Sprint customers are likely to boast of their units once it does arrive, similar to what some T-Mobile owners did. However, the question now is when will Verizon join the party and start shipping units to its own base of customers.

The best chances for Verizon customers is hope that units reach their fingertips on or before March 11 and hopefully not later than that.

A quick run through on the devices show the Samsung Galaxy S7 sporting a 5.1-inch AMOLED screen backed by a Qualcomm Snadragon 820 processor. It will come with 4 GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal storage, the return of the microSD card slot, a main 12-megapixel camera, a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter, and a 3,000 mAh battery.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge will carry pretty much the same specs, only that it will have a curved and larger 5.5-inch QHD display. Both phones will come sporting metal and glass designs like before.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge will have Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box, Samsung's TouchWiz, and some preloaded apps which hopefully will not be bloatware which could spark storage issue backlash from customers.
