'Batman: Arkham Knight' for PC update: Warner Bros. Interactive confirms re-release; could come before end of October

Late last month, game publisher Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment estimated that the re-release of the PC port of "Batman: Arkham Knight" is going to be available "in the coming weeks," as stated in a previous report. Now, the company has finally announced the estimated timeframe on when they will make the IP available again in the market, and it will be by the end of this month.
Yorick, WBIE Community Manager, wrote in an official statement on Steam."As many of you know, we released a major patch for Batman: Arkham Knight PC a few weeks ago. While there were significant performance improvements made to the game, the teams are continuing to work on the additional updates that were outlined in our previous post. We expect these updates to be ready at the end of October, at which time the PC version will be made available for purchase."
Yorick then continued that every DLC that has been released for the console version is also going to be available for the PC version when WBIE releases the game.
"In addition, support for all DLC that has been released for the console versions will be in place," the community manager said.
The company, however, still hasn't revealed the specific date for the re-release of "Batman: Arkham Knight." Additionally, there's still no announcement yet whether or not the company will release free DLCs or free WBIE games for the affected fans of this delay.
The PC version of the AAA title was pulled out of the shelves a few days after its initial release on June 23. However, the console version is still available for purchase which is currently priced at $59.99 for both Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
