'Diablo 3' release news: Patch 2.4.2 to add new difficulty levels; makes it easier to take unobstructed screenshots

Patch 2.4.2 will be coming to "Diablo 3" sometime in the near future, and upon being added, the new content drop will give players the opportunity to make the already challenging game even tougher.
As noted in a new post over on Battle Net, Patch 2.4.2 will add all-new difficulty levels to the game.
Torment difficulty levels XI to XIII are coming to give players more challenges and nightmares.
There's also better loot to be had for those skilled enough to actually hang around while playing at the new difficulty levels. The higher the Torment difficulty level, the better the loot players may get, so there are incredible rewards to be had for those who are truly worthy.
"Diablo 3's" Patch 2.4.2 is not just about making the game more difficult however, and in fact, it is even introducing a new feature that will make it significantly easier for players to snap some nice-looking screenshots.
Patch 2.4.2 will bring along a new hotkey that allows players to quickly hide the different user interface elements so that they can capture those perfect screenshots that show off just how cool their characters are.
New minimap icons are also being added to make it easier for players to find their way around the often dreary environments of "Diablo 3."
Changes are also coming to Adventure Mode, wherein drop rates for certain items have been increased. Players who also opt to go through Adventure Mode at higher difficulty levels will again put themselves in position to acquire better items.
Some of the Legendary and Set items are also being tweaked courtesy of Patch 2.4.2.
For now, developers have yet to offer an exact release date for Patch 2.4.2, though they have noted that it is "coming soon."
More news about the new features coming to "Diablo 3" should be made available in the near future.
