"Halo 5's" "Warzone Firefight" update is inching closer and closer to its June 29 launch date, and now, developers have shared more details regarding what the massive content drop will deliver to players.

Probably the biggest attraction of the new update is the new game mode, which is also known as Warzone Firefight.

Some "Halo 5" players may have already gotten to try out this new co-op game mode when it went into beta testing back in April, though developers have revealed that they have made some changes since then.

In a post over on Halo Waypoint, developers revealed that they have further tuned the difficulty settings for Warzone Firefight, while also introducing some user interface tweaks to make the gameplay experiences even better for the players.

Players will also be able to try out the Warzone Firefight across six different maps, with those being Urban, Skirmish at Darkstar, Raid on Apex 7, March on Stormbreak, Escape from A.R.C., and the new map known as Attack on Sanctum.

Speaking of the Attack on Sanctum map, it is one of the three new locations being added to "Halo 5" via the "Warzone Firefight" update. While playing on the Attack on Sanctum map, players will be able to experience combat while moving across wide open areas, and if they want to see how fighting will be like within confined spaces, then they can also locate the Temple.

Another new map , known as Prospect, tasks players with having to deal with opponents while also navigating the different elevations and entryways of the setting itself. Players will also be getting the new Molten map, which, as its name suggests is quite the fiery spectacle.

Lastly, "Halo 5" players can also expect to run into the new boss known as the Grunt Goblin thanks to the "Warzone Firefight" update. There will also be different variations of the new Grunt Goblin boss that players should get to know more of not long after the update is released.

More news about the other contents of "Halo 5's" "Warzone Firefight" update should be made available very soon.
