In a previous post, it was mentioned that BestBuy would start accepting pre-orders for the LG G5 and the latest is that two major mobile carriers will be behind it – AT&T and Sprint.

The offer sees the LG G5 up for grabs for just $99 if availed with a two-year contract with Sprint. For AT&T users, a $100 BestBuy gift card is included with the purchase of the LG flagship on installment.

Pre-ordering customers will also get a free replacement battery, a charging cradle, and a USB Type-C to microUSB adapter. The freebies have a net worth of $90, a little perk to entice customers to avail of the device using the pre-order route.

AT&T is offering the device for $22.97 on a 30-month contract via the AT&T Next 24 scheme, though there is an alternative which includes paying $199 for a two-year deal or by paying $26.50 for 24 months. The base price for the LG G5 under this scenario is $99 for Sprint and Verizon.

Verizon Wireless pre-orders will follow in the coming week, March 24. T-Mobile will be the last one to open up pre-orders for the device on March 29.

For those who are not inclined to get one under the contract route, the device can be bought unlocked as well. The LG G5 can be purchased for $799.99 over at Sprint while AT&T is offering it for a slightly lower amount of $688.99.

The LG G5 is expected to start shipping in April with no actual date yet mentioned. Canada and UK will start making the LG flagship available starting April 8.

A quick rundown on the LG G5 calls for a modular designed handset that features a 5.3-inch quad HD display, (2560x1440), a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC, 4 GB of RAM, 32 GB of expandable storage (up to 200 GB), 16 MP main camera, 8 MP front camera and a 2,800 mAh battery.
