LG V10 vs LeTV Le Max Pro: Le Max Pro proves that it has better hardware

With LG continually bringing out new devices and improving on its technology, it is clear that the Korean manufacturer is serious about developing its smartphone lineup. The LG V10 was one such device but it is destined to get a lot of competition from the LeTV Le Max Pro, which was released recently with a much better chipset. This is how these two devices compare.

Design

The LG V10 is not exactly laggard in terms of design as it has a metal frame, but its back panel consists of textured silicone. A fingerprint scanner is positioned on the back panel, but its outstanding element is its dual screen and dual front facing cameras. As for the smaller second screen, it is designed to always remain on and display apps, contacts, a music player and a scheduler.

Coming to the Le Max Pro, it has a full metal body and so it has a better appearance overall. However, its fingerprint scanner is positioned at the back just like the version on its competitor.

Finally, in terms of colors, the LG V10 comes in black, white, two shades of blue and beige, while the Le Max Pro has only one color, silver.

Display

On the LG V10, the main IPS LCD display measures 5.7 inches and it has a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a density of 515 pixels per inch. As for the smaller display, it has a resolution of 160 x 1040 pixels and measures 2.1 inches. On the Le Max Pro is a display measuring 6.33 inches and it comes with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels.

Specs

Here, the Le Max Pro is miles ahead of its competition as it comes with the latest Snapdragon 820 chipset, and its CPU is clocked at 2.2 GHz along with an Adreno 530 GPU. As for the LG V10, it has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 chipset coupled with a hexa-core CPU and an Adreno 418 GPU.

Memory

There is no memory slot on the Le Max Pro and so external storage cannot be tacked on and in terms of RAM, it has 4 GB. As for the LG V10, its slot can support up to 200 GB and it also has 4 GB RAM onboard.

Price

The LeTV Le Max Pro could have a $535 price tag unlocked while the LG V10 costs around $672 unlocked.
