A lot of fans are expecting Apple to launch several devices this year, which include the next generation iPhone 7, Apple Watch 2 and MacBook Pro 2016. The new flagship laptop, along with the other devices, are said to come out in September. According to reports, the new portable computer will have impressive specs and features that could deliver serious power once it hits the market. However, some of the rumored features of the device may not prove to be true.

It was previously speculated that the Cupertino-based company is planning to get rid of the traditional function keys in exchange of an OLED display panel right above the keyboard. However, new reports suggest that this feature is unlikely to push through. This contradicting report will definitely disappoint many people who are already expecting the feature to be included in the new MacBook Pro 2016.

Nonetheless, other features of the laptop like the LTE connectivity will definitely make it to the final plan. If rumors prove to be true, the new device will certainly revolutionize the laptop market once it hits the shelves.

Other features of the MacBook Pro 2016 include a USB-C port, NFC, Touch ID and wireless connectivity.

Meanwhile, there are rumors circulating all over the Internet saying that Apple may delay the release of MacBook Pro 2016. Apparently, the American tech giant will wait for Intel to finish the development of their next generation processor called Kaby Lake. The powerful processor is the successor of the current Skylake chipset, which powered most of the high-end computers and portable computers of today.

However, according to The Motley Fool, Apple may release the new laptop with the current Skylake chipset, instead of waiting for the new processor to come out. The Kaby Lake is not going to be available until early next year.

Despite the contradicting reports, many fans are still hoping for Apple to provide concrete details with regard to the release of MacBook Pro 2016.
