The Moto Z Force has quickly become one of the most versatile handsets to release this year but the iPhone 6s Plus, which has been around since last year, is bound to provide it with a good amount of competition. Here is how these flagship devices compare in a face-off.

Design

The main feature of the Moto Z Force is its Moto Mods accessories which can be snapped on to add an extra battery that's included in a power pack, a JBL SoundBoost speaker and an Insta-Share Projector. As for the body of the smartphone, it is crafted from aluminum, which is also used in planes, and steel and it therefore has a sleek and stylish appearance. The device also has a fingerprint scanner included in a button which is positioned below the display, and Style Shells, which are back panels available in different materials including leather and wood. However, there are three color options which are default and they are black/grey, black/rose gold and gold.

As for the iPhone 6s Plus, it has the trademark metal unibody that Apple uses for its smartphones and it has a premium look, but its antenna lines are clearly visible on its back. The fingerprint scanner is positioned in the home button. Coming to colors, the device has four options to choose from which are rose gold, gold, silver and gray.

Display

The display on the iPhone 6s Plus is an IPS LCD version measuring 5.5 inches. It has a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and density of 401 pixels per inch. With the Moto Z Force, the device has an AMOLED screen measuring 5.5 inches but it has a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a density of 535 pixels per inch.

Hardware

Onboard the iPhone 6s Plus, there is an Apple A9 chipset coupled with a dual core CPU and a PowerVR GT7600 GPU. As for the Moto Z Force, it comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset along with a quad-core CPU and an Adreno 530 GPU.

Memory

With a microSD slot present on the device from Motorola, external storage of up to 256 GB can be added while the iPhone 6s Plus does not have a slot. As for RAM, the Moto Z Force has 4 GB while its competitor has 2 GB onboard.

Camera

There is a 21-megapixel camera on the Moto Z force, while the iPhone 6s Plus has a 12-megapixel camera. Both cameras come with OIS.

Price

Coming to price, the iPhone 6s Plus comes with a two-year contract and a price tag of $299 while the Moto Z Force does not have a price tag as of yet.
