Unlike the first two DLC packs released for "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4," the third one will be adding new characters instead of an extra scenario.
Specifically, the game's third DLC pack will be adding the members of the Sound Four.
The Sound Four is a group made up of skilled and deadly ninjas who are tasked with providing protection for Orochimaru. They will be bringing their own unique abilities to the game.
First off, players will soon be able to play as Jirobo, the Sound Four's big bruiser. Jirobo combines immense physical strength with an ability to manipulate the earth to defeat opponents on the battlefield. Those same skills will be on display inside the game.
Next up, players will also be able to try out Kidomaru inside "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4." In battle, Kidomaru makes use of his numerous appendages and ability to produce webs to overcome his opponents. On top of that, Kidomaru can also summon a giant spider to aid him in battle, making him even more of a handful to deal with.
The third playable character included in the Sound Four DLC pack is Sakon/Ukon. As seen in the official trailer detailing the contents of the new DLC pack, Sakon and Ukon will be occupying a single character slot, and with the two of them working together in battle, they can become even more formidable foes.
Last up, the third DLC pack will also be adding Tayuya to the roster. Tayuya combats her opponents with a constant wave of sound-based attacks emanating from her flute. Combined with her natural skill and elusiveness as a ninja, Tayuya can be capable of defeating opponents even from a distance.
The Sound Four will also be capable of pulling off a combination secret technique inside "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" known as Ninja Art: Underworld Formation.
Two more combination secret techniques will also be added via the new DLC pack, along with some new costumes and other items.
"Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4's" third DLC pack will be released for season pass owners on May 3, with other players being given access to it starting May 10.
