'Tales of Berseria' news: PC, PS4 pre-order bonuses revealed, includes a lengthy Skit Video

(Official Tales of Blog)A demo of 'Tales of Berseria' will be made available on Jan. 10

"Tales of Berseria" is set to make its way to North America in the very near future. And now, developers are enticing fans further by revealing the available pre-order bonuses.

Pre-order bonuses will vary a bit for the PlayStation 4 and PC versions of the new role-playing game.

Starting off with the bonuses PC owners can claim, they will be able to receive a 15-minute Skit Video for pre-ordering the game.

PC players are also in line for a 10 percent discount if they own either "Tales of Symphonia" or "Tales of Berseria" on Steam, according to the Official Tales of Blog.

As for PS4 players, they can spruce up their consoles by applying a new theme featuring Velvet, Laphicet and the other main characters.

PS4 owners will also be able to enjoy three new soundtracks as well as that aforementioned 15-minute Skit Video.

Long-time fans of the "Tales" franchise may also be interested in getting the Collector's Edition of "Tales of Berseria."

Detailed earlier in a post on the PlayStation Blog, the Collector's Edition features different items that may be highly coveted by fans.

The Collector's Edition features a starter strategy guide artbook, the prequel novel known as "A Witch's Tale: A World Full of Daemons," trading cards, a Special Selection music CD, Chibi Kyun Chara figurines of Velvet and Laphicet, keychains featuring the game's characters in 8-bit form and a steelbook case that should keep the disc nice and protected.

One last thing, developers also shared that a demo of the new game will be made available on Jan. 10, 2017, so those still on the fence about buying it can check that out first.

The PS4 version of "Tales of Berseria" is set to be released initially inside North America on Jan. 24, 2017, while those who will be playing it on the PC will have to wait until the 27th to get their hands on the latest installment of the long-running "Tales" franchise.
