'The Vampire Diaries' season 8 spoilers: titles of first 3 episodes revealed

Fans of "The Vampire Diaries" are gearing up for the show's eighth and final run. And to give these loyal followers a treat, The CW has released the titles of the first three episodes for the upcoming installment.
Melty says the episode titles will ignite nostalgic feelings in fans who have watched the show from the very beginning as the titles unveiled are taken from some of the memorable conversations and lines delivered by the core characters.
The first episode is titled "Hello, Brother," which refers to Damon's (Ian Somerhalder) first appearance in Mystic Falls when he decided to return to his hometown. Though there is not much known about the pilot episode of "The Vampire Diaries" season eight, fans can expect a lot of evil since Damon was depicted as an evil monster when he said the words "Hello, Brother."
Episode two, on the other hand, is titled "Today Will be Different," which also goes back to the pilot episode of the hit show wherein Elena (Nina Dobrev) was seen scribbling notes in her diary. At that time in Elena's life, she was struggling to cope with the recent death of her parents.
It is unclear for now how this memory will play into "The Vampire Diaries" season eight but it seems clearer that Elena will really have to make her big comeback so the story will be pulled off successfully.
Finally, the third episode is titled "You Decided That I Was Worth Saving," which reminds fans of that sweet moment when Damon thanked Elena for being the person who changed his life for the better. Could this mean that a "Delena" reunion is at hand? It wouldn't hurt to expect it, but the phrase could also mean that Stefan (Paul Wesley) will once again save his brother from the evil that he's currently engulfed in - a scene which has been very common in "TVD" since Stefan has always tried to get Damon out of trouble despite his stubbornness.
It is worth noting that The CW has not yet confirmed if Dobrev will indeed return to the series for its final run but the episode titles can be basis for fans to believe that the actress will stay true to her deal with showrunner Julie Plec that she will make an appearance for the series finale.
"The Vampire Diaries" season eight premieres October 21 on The CW.
