'Tom Clancy's The Division' news: 'Underground' DLC released for PS4 console

(Ubiblog, Ubisoft's official blog)'Underground' DLC now available for PS4 port of 'Tom Clancy's The Division'

The month-long wait is now over for PS4 players, as they too can now get the "Underground" DLC for their port of "Tom Clancy's The Division."

As the name of the new DLC pack suggests, players will be heading down to the depths of New York in this add-on.

Specifically, players will be taken to the labyrinthine confines of Hell's Kitchen as they attempt to stay in pursuit of the Cleaners. Making the challenge even more difficult for the players is that the Cleaners are rumored to be in possession of a new weapon that is capable of causing unfathomable amounts of destruction.

The experience of going through the maps contained in the "Underground" DLC pack may differ for "The Division" players as they will be randomly generated, as noted in a post on the game's official website.

Players can also take on the challenge of going through these randomly generated maps either by themselves or along with others.

Apart from the new maps and enemies, "The Division" players can also expect to see a new Incursion – named Dragon's Nest – included in the "Underground" expansion pack.

With "Underground" now available to download for all the ports of "Tom Clancy's The Division," players can now look ahead to the next expansion pack set to be released for the game.

As indicated in the DLC roadmap for the game, "Survival" is the next content expansion that players can expect to see.

"Survival" is currently set to be released sometime this summer, though the developers have yet to share an exact release date for its arrival.

Similar to "Underground," "Survival" is expected to be released first for the Xbox One, with PS4 players slated to get it about a month later.

More news about "Tom Clancy's The Division" and its upcoming DLC packs should be made available in the near future.
