Asus MG248Q, MG28UQ, and MG24UQ specs: new MG Series gaming monitors with Adaptive-Sync technology

Asus has released three new gaming monitors joining the MG Series lineup — MG248Q, MG28UQ, and MG24UQ.
The Asus MG248Q gaming monitor features a 24-inch display with a Full HD 1920 x 1080 screen resolution and a16:9 widescreen aspect ratio. It has an ultra-fast 1 ms response time and a 144 Hz refresh rate that allows gamers to see the action instantly, without any lag or motion blur. The gaming monitor also comes with NVIDIA 3D Vision 2 kit compatibility for 3D gaming.
Meanwhile, the MG28UQ and the MG24UQ gaming monitors feature a 4K Ultra HD 3,840 x 2,160 screen resolution. The Asus MG28UQ comes with a 28-inch display with a 157 ppi pixel density and the Asus MG24UQ comes with a 24-inch display with a 186 ppi pixel density. With these two gaming monitors, visuals are realistic and texts are sharp.
The Asus MG28UQ is ideal for fast-paced games due to its 1 ms response time. Then, the MG24UQ is best for immersive games due to its wide 178-degree viewing angles. The two monitors also deliver smooth 4K UHD playback due a 60 Hz refresh rate.
All three gaming monitors feature Asus technologies like the Adaptive-Sync technology that eliminates screen tearing and choppy frame rates for a seamless gaming experience, the DisplayWidget for more efficient tweaking for settings, and the GameVisual technology that adjusts display modes depending on the type of game. An exclusive GamePlus hotkey also allows gamers to make in-game enhancements.
The new MG Series monitors also come with an ergonomic stand that is able to tilt, swivel, and pivot. Its height can also be adjusted to suit the user's preferred viewing position. The stand can also be detached and mounted on the wall. Connectivity options include the dual-link DVI-D, DisplayPort 1.2, HDMI port, and USB 3.0 ports.
The Asus MG28UQ and MG24UQ gaming monitors are already available to purchase for $529 and $399, respectively. The Asus MG248Q will be released later this month.
