'Grey's Anatomy' season 12 spoilers: Jackson finds out April's pregnancy in episode 15

Jackson finds out that April is pregnant and Meredith is back on the dating game. More will be revealed on the upcoming episode 15, titled "I am not Waiting Anymore."
The official synopsis from The Futon Critic reveals that Jackson finally learns that April, whom he divorced, is pregnant with their child. Alex and the doctors of Seattle Grace Hospital will conduct a triple-organ transplant operation for hours. Meredith, who continues to long for her deceased husband Derek, will try to date casually again. Since Andrew and Maggie are no longer hiding their romantic relationship to the public, the former decides to get no special treatment from the hospital.
In the promo trailer (video below), Arizona spills the secret to Jackson that April is pregnant just right after April entered the room. Jackon, who does not look pleased with the way he found about the news, asks April if she knew she was pregnant before their divorce. Meredith finally decides to meet with Major Thorpe. Thorpe asks Meredith if he can go out on a date with her.
In other related news, Deadline reports that executive producers of "Grey's Anatomy," Stacy McKee and Bill Harper, just recently signed a deal with ABC for two years. So, this means that the duo are still going to produce the 13th — and possibly the 14th — season of the popular medical drama.
Meanwhile, here is the rundown of the previous episode, titled "Odd Man Out."
Meredith was paired up with Jo after Richard switched up the pairings. And as expected, they ended up fighting. Jo told Meredith to stop interfering with her and Alex's relationship.
The episode's medical case was a pregnant woman with quadruplets. Arizona was the one who take care of her and also asked April to undergo the same test for her baby. April refused since she's afraid that the miscarriage will happen again. April finally decided to tell Jackson that she is pregnant, however, Arizona told him first.
"Grey's Anatomy" airs every Thursday at 8 p.m. on ABC.
