"Modern Family" is on its seventh season and has managed to carve its own place in the entertainment industry. The widely popular television series focuses on the Pritchett family and the various goings-on in their daily lives.

The upcoming episode 17 of "Modern Family" season 7, which is titled "Express Yourself," will see the Tucker-Pritchett household entertaining a somewhat unwanted guest. Cam's sister, Pam (Dana Powell), will greet the married couple with boy problems after being left by her husband. She will decide to stay with Cam (Eric Stonestreet) and Mitchell (Jesse Tyler Ferguson), which will not bode well for the latter. Because of Pam's emotional instability and sudden outpours, Mitchell will barely take the situation in stride.

Meanwhile, Phil (Ty Burrell) will propose an impulsive plan to go to Paris with Claire (Julie Bowen), which she will like the idea of. Unfortunately, due to their work and busy schedules, the Dunphy's will find it hard to go through with the plan because they're both tired.

Jay (Ed O'Neill), on the other hand, will be busy with remodeling their bathroom, but the situation will pose a few problems for Gloria (Sofia Vergara), Manny (Rico Rodriguez) and Joe (Jeremy Maguire).

Previously, in episode 16 of season 7 titled "The Cover-Up," Phil and Claire both tried to hide a flirtatious attraction with a client and a yoga instructor, respectively.

Jay started an Internet video series where he discusses his numerous frustrations and dislikes, which was Manny's idea after both he and Gloria got tired of Jay's complaints. Unfortunately, one commenter always left rude comments on them. With Alex's help, Jay managed to track down the commenter's address and was surprised to find out that it was none other than Earl, his arch nemesis in the closet-making industry.

Meanwhile, Cam tried to teach Lily how to ride a bike, but she was too afraid to start. Mitchell did not want to force their daughter—mainly because he's also afraid of what would happen to Lily—arguing that if she's afraid of things, then the chances of her getting hurt are also low. Ultimately, Lily learned without their help as she took it upon herself to learn when she saw her friends riding their bikes.

"Modern Family" season 7 episode 17 will air on Wednesday, March 23.
