"NCIS" is back for its 13th season and fans have seen how agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs picked up the pieces, or at least tried to, in the pilot episode. In the next episode, he will continue to make some changes in his life in hopes of moving forward. How will his colleagues react to these changes?

The second episode of season 13 of "NCIS" will be titled "Personal Day" and, according to Spoiler TV, Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon) will be gunning for a lot of physical changes. First off, there's the new haircut. But what will strike his colleagues the most when he goes back to work is his new garb. He trades the old wardrobe for a more formal look with a tailored suit.

"Personal Day" will also explore more of Gibbs' personal relationships, both past and present. One way this is going to be achieved is by having the team work on an unsolved drug-trafficking case as Gibbs promised DEA Agent Luis Mitchell that they will help.

Speaking of Agent Mitchell, Tony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly) will be uncovering a personal link between him and Gibbs. This explains why Gibbs will be all too keen in working the particular old case.

More of Gibbs' traumatic past will be shown, as evidenced in the episode two teaser shown at the end of the pilot episode. It hints at more "old demons" from his past, which will cause a rift between him and DiNozzo, whose only aim is to help him get past the trauma.

Meanwhile, the Internet is also full of rumors about the return of Cote De Pablo as Ziva David, especially after executive producer, Gary Glasberg, teased a "surprise" about DiNozzo's love life.

Watch out what else happens on episode two when "NCIS" season 13 returns on CBS this Sept. 29. The police procedural drama airs every Tuesday night.
