Mike Ross is set to go to trial for fraud in an all-new episode of "Suits." In the upcoming episode titled "Self Defense," Mike and Harvey Specter continue to have different strategies in winning his case and defeating Assistant U.S. Attorney Anita Gibbs.

The USA Network has released the promo for the upcoming episode that previews the intense events coming as Mike's trial commences.

Mike is convinced that he should represent himself at the trial but finds that Harvey doesn't think that his plan would work. Harvey convinces Mike that he should be the one to represent him.

"You can't win this trial," Harvey says in the promo only to be contradicted by Mike. "I can and I will," Mike answers back.

After Gibbs discovered Trevor's connection to Mike in last week's "God's Green Earth," it seems that he may be called on to testify in the case. In the midseason premiere, Mike had convinced Trevor to cover for him. Given everything that Mike had given up for his old friend, he agrees. However, in the upcoming episode, it seems that Trevor is having doubts. Mike tries to convince Trevor but despite wanting to stick to his promise, Trevor is left with no other choice.

Then, in a surprise move, Gibbs instead calls Donna to the stand to testify.

"Did Mike Ross go to Harvard Law or not?" Gibbs grills Donna.

Donna looks visibly upset and nervous. Donna has always been supportive of Mike and Harvey. Will she commit perjury to save her friends or will be she forced to tell the truth?

Also in the episode, Louis, still reeling from the discovery that it was Sheila who turned in Mike, plans to remove her involvement in the case. Unfortunately, his plan backfires.

Be sure to catch "Self Defense" airing on Feb. 17.

Season 5 of "Suits" airs every Wednesday at 10 p.m. ET on USA.
