Liz (Megan Boone) is getting desperate to find her missing daughter in the upcoming episode of "The Blacklist."

In the episode titled "Miles McGrath," the promo shows the former agent talking to Red (James Spader). She is telling her former mentor to come clean and tell her any information he knows about Agnes' location. The last time viewers saw the baby, she and her dad Tom (Ryan Eggold) were about to ride a plane bound for Cuba. Alexander Kirk's (Ulrich Thomsen) men stopped them, and from then on, Agnes has been missing, without a trace. Tom, on the other hand, was shown bound and gagged in a car's trunk during the premiere. Whoever has Agnes, he/she will likely use her to get to Liz.

In the clip, Red tells Liz he has his own way of finding people. Although it looks like Red has no time to talk to his surrogate daughter, he must be hatching a tricky plan to get Agnes. Kirk also seems to take the challenge of finding his granddaughter seriously. He is not about to lose to Red, whom he considers his biggest nemesis. Who between Liz's father figures will find the baby first? Or is one of them the kidnapper? Red has yet to show himself in a positive light coming into the new season. Liz certainly does not trust him, and after what he did to Mr. Kaplan (Susan Blommaert), neither do the viewers.

Meanwhile, the synopsis (as per TV Guide) for the episode reveals that Red and the task force will be busy tracking down one of Kirk's allies. Miles McGrath (Tate Ellington) is a "criminal incubator," someone who "finances crimes for profit." In the teaser, Red is shown taking extreme measures just to find the man. He does not show any emotions when he kills someone in cold blood to get people to talk. Could this mission be connected to finding Liz's daughter?
