Stefan Salvatore finally makes his way down to New Orleans in the much-anticipated "The Vampire Diaries" and "The Originals" two-hour crossover event.

In the first hour of the crossover event, Stefan lures vampire hunter Rayna Cruz away from Mystic Falls and finds himself in New Orleans. He seeks refuge in a bar where magic does not work. Initially, Stefan's arrival is cause for concern for the Mikaelson siblings who are still concerned about the threat of the prophecy.

In an exclusive clip uploaded by People, Freya is talking to Elijah about the prophecy and Rebekah's fate.

"The prophecy says that you three will be felled by friend, family and foe. Rebecca was fallen by family. That leaves friend and foe. You and Klaus have a lot of foes. Thankfully, not many friends," says Freya.

Just in time, Klaus arrives and interrupts to conversation to introduce his "old friend" Stefan, which naturally concerns Freya.

However, the upcoming episode titled "A Streetcar Named Desire" will later have Klaus and Elijah rendered powerless when they are captured and contained by a magical trap. Aya will enlist the Strix coven of witches to perform a very risky spell that could kill the Mikaelson brothers, once and for all.

Freya has taken the charge in trying to find and save her brothers. She will turn to Marcel and Hayley for help. Unfortunately, Marcel will be conflicted as he is also being influenced by Davina and persuading him to be free from Klaus' reins.

While Stefan had his own reasons for coming to New Orleans, his presence might be what Freya needs to save her brothers.

Also in the episode, Davina will be enacting her own dangerous plan than may lead her closer to reuniting with Kol.

The two-hour crossover event begins on Feb. 26, Friday at 8 p.m. ET. with "The Vampire Diaries" and continues on at 9 p.m. ET with "The Originals," only on The CW.
