"The Sims 4's" next expansion pack, "City Living," is expected to add its fair share of new elements to the game, including Lot Traits.

In a recent post on their official website, the developers shared that these Lot Traits could be used by players to add some personality to different properties inside the game.

More recently, developers talked even more about these Lot Traits during a recent Twitch stream, even revealing all of their names, iDigitalTimes reported.

The confirmed Lot Traits for the game are: Bracing Breezes, Chef's Kitchen, Child's Play, Convivial, Cursed, Fast Internet, Filthy, Gnomes, Good Schools, Great Acoustics, Great Soil, Gremlins, Grody, Haunted, Homey, Home Studio, Mean Vibe, Natural Light, Needs TLC, On Ley Line, Party Place, Penny Pixies, Private Dwelling, Quake Zone, Romantic Aura, Science Lair and Sunny Aspect.

Developers have already shared details about some of the aforementioned Lot Traits coming to "The Sims 4."

For instance, the Grody Lot Trait may cause Sims to feel nauseous even while they are just doing normal, everyday activities. The Gremlins Lot Trait can be problematic as this could lead to more possessions being destroyed, while the Fast Internet Lot Trait will help Sims develop certain skills faster.

Some properties will have specific Lot Traits already included, so players will have to take that into account when they are looking for a place to stay in.

Additional details regarding the aforementioned Lot Traits should be made available soon.

Aside from the apartments and the Lot Traits, the "City Living" expansion pack will also add a few more important elements to the game, including new career opportunities in critiquing, politics and social media, as noted in a post on the game's official website.

There will also be festivals that players can participate in as they roll through the city.

"The Sims 4" players will be able to try out the new features included in the "City Living" expansion pack as soon as it is officially released on Nov. 3.
