It's still unclear exactly when the "Survival" downloadable content (DLC) pack will be released for "Tom Clancy's The Division," but while players wait for more details, they can already learn more about one of the new weapons it will be adding to the game.

A new video from the "Skill Up" YouTube channel gives players a closer look at a leaked M5 LMG (light machine gun) that is apparently set to be made accessible only via the "Survival" DLC pack.

The new weapon became accessible via the Public Test Server (PTS), and that's good news for those who want to get an early look at what they can expect from the upcoming DLC pack.

Moving on now to the weapon itself, "Skill Up" has noted and demonstrated that it is quite a powerful firearm. "Skill Up" specifically remarked that the new weapon's damage and RPM (rounds per minute) stats are especially high.

The one significant drawback to the weapon, however, is that it may be tough to handle, though "The Divison" players can work around that problem with some modifications.

Unfortunately, it's still unclear exactly when other players may be able to take this new LMG out for a spin since the "Survival" DLC pack itself does not have a specific release date just yet.

Developers have noted that "Survival" is still set to be released this year, and that it is expected to arrive after Update 1.4, so more details should be made available soon enough.

In addition to the aforementioned LMG as well as other weapons, "Survival" is also expected to provide players with a new challenge that tasks them with trekking through New York with only a few supplies to work with, according to the DLC pack's official description.

More details about "Tom Clancy's The Division" should be made available in the near future.
